We are going to practice Yoga following the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya.
Some of the tools used in this tradition (but are not limited to): postures (Asana), breath regulation (Pranayama), chanting (Mantra), visualizations / affirmations (Bhavana), gestures (Mudra), and guided self-inquiry (Svadhyaya).
We will practice from what it is possible for you to do today, towards what it is not possible. Previous experience or flexibility is not required to participate.
